Popular OTT platform Netflix has made it clear that AI can now be used with certain rules in the production of films and series. The purpose of these rules is to make creative work easier, but at the same time, keep in mind that the right of an artist or someone else’s work is not copied.
The five important rules of Netflix
1. It will not be copied or stolen
It is forbidden to copy someone’s face, voice, or pre-made work from AI.
2. The real film’s stuff will be safe
It is strictly forbidden to put the script, the footage shot, or the cast’s personal information in the AI means.
3. Only safe means will be used
During work, the same means will have to be adopted that are reliable and do not leak information.
4. The work of AI will not be permanent
AI can run for posters, mood boards, or early ideas, but if the same thing is to be shown in a film or serial, then permission will have to be taken first.
5. AI will not replace the artist
It is forbidden to change the voice of an actor, shape a face, or create a digital form without consent.

Permission must be obtained before putting Netflix’s script, photos, or personal information in AI.

The main character of a film/series, important scene, or the entire atmosphere will also have to be created by creating from AI.
